This is a skull shifter knob, made from the same mold as the one in my truck. I've made them in concrete grey, grey with red pigment added, or with black pigment added. They get darker with time, as the oils from your skin permeate the concrete. Or you can use a wax or sealer. Since your application will vary, these come WITHOUT sealer and WITHOUT mounting holes.
